Can I pay by instalment?At Be Bold Apparel, we currently do not offer instalment payment plans. However, we have partnered with PayPal as a payment facility, and you maybe eligible to use their Pay in 3 credit facility. Eligible customers can split their purchase into three interest-free payments, with the first payment due at checkout and the remaining two payments due at 30-day intervals. Simply select the "Pay in 3" option at checkout and follow the prompts to apply. Please note that this option is subject to credit approval by PayPal and Be Bold Apparel do not have any influence or input in this approval process.

Can I pay in a different currency other than British Pound (£GBP)?Yes, where available, you may pay in your usual currency.

How do I use a discount code?During the checkout process, please enter the code into the discount code box. This will then automatically apply the code to your order.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?Unfortunately, due to our short processing time, we cannot guarantee that we can change your order once it has been placed. We highly recommend that you double-check your order before submitting it. This includes the sizes, colours, quantities, and most importantly, the shipping address. If you realize that you made a mistake after submitting your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I return and item?You are granted a 14-day window, commencing upon the reception of your order, to initiate a return. Should you happen to receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to us within 7 days following the delivery. Upon your request, we will furnish you with the necessary return address and await the arrival of the returned item. It is essential to note that the stipulated 14-day period does not encompass the shipping duration, alleviating concerns about potential delays in the package transit. To facilitate a return, please complete the return form available in our self-help section. Provide pertinent order details, such as the order number, and elucidate the reason for the return. Additionally, capture an image of the product and include it with your message. Once we receive your completed return form, expect an email from us outlining the subsequent steps, typically within 24–48 hours. When ready to dispatch your return, direct your package to the shipping address specified in our email. Clearly print your order number on the shipping label. Opt. for a traceable and insured shipping method when returning your package, retaining the shipping receipt until the refund is processed. It is important to note that we do not cover the expenses associated with return shipping, and we cannot assume responsibility for returns lost or pilfered during transit. Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be dispatched. Subsequently, allow a span of 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, and a few additional days if an exchange is underway, during which you will receive a new tracking code.

Who pays return shipping?The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we don't provide a return shipping label.

What if my item is defective?If you receive a defective item, you have a right to receive a replacement product, depending on the item's availability. If the item is no longer available, you'll receive a full refund for that item. Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself. Send the picture to us through the self-help section , along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can see the damage clearly and offer you the best solution. There's no need to waste your time with returning the defective item, but of course, if you wish to return the product, we will provide you with the return address.
